Hi Walter, I’m a nutritionist and not an MD so cannot make any recommendations on this. I would not be concerned so much about the beta sitosterol coming from soy as with the idea of sterols at all. There are some risks, but perhaps in your case benefits. I would urge you to monitor closely with the help of your doctor. Good luck, Kaayla
